When the Crazies come out

Today was 65+ degrees in New York. As sure as Punxsutawney Phil not seeing his shadow, when the crazies come out you know Spring is coming. I saw folks wearing pea coats with short shorts and flip flops on my way to work. I'm so starved for Vitamin D that I almost thought their outfits made sense.

At any rate, I stopped in Madison Square Park during lunch today and thought I'd share my view.
